Understand, define,ideate, making
In order to further define and understand a diverse way that i can define my sculptures rather than just literal imagery in order to bring emotive and more subtle imagery to my work.
This then lead me to be able to further expand my visual matrix and define shapes, qualities of line, and emotive imagery that would work along side my literal imagery of my sculptures and help to make richer compositions later in the project.
We then worked on creating thumbnail compositions which focus on being based on fundemental design principles in order to make strong compositions.
Overnight I worked on completing and sourcing both my visual and written matrix: Below is my visual matrix
Written matrix: more info may be added throughout the project

Studio 2.2 Class work:
In the second class we worked on developing our thumbnails into compositions that include the imagery we have gathered, i did this by collage on the computer.
These compositions helped me to find good initial ideas for what i want to achieve for my bucket fountain imagery/compositions which will lead me to further develop these initial ideas into new compositions and to start to experiment with the other sculptures through out the week.
